New York Fashion Week AW 2019 Day 6
Zimmermann
Nicky Zimmermann was inspired by World War II spy, Maria Butina. Her Fall collection incorporated knits with ruffled dresses sticking with her signature style, bohemian couture.
Proenza Schouler
Simplicity is key this fall with many opting for modest looks. Lazaro Hernandez and Jack McCollough's moleskin colored materials on oversized pantsuits and asymmetrical silhouettes with blocks of neutral colors are the perfect pieces to pick up next season.
Alice & Olivia
Staged inside the Gothic Revival Synagogue, Alice & Olivia presented their Fall 19 collection. It was whimsical and romantic with flowers adorning the models' hair and an eclectic mix of florals, animal print, and butterflies embedded on beautiful ballgowns.
The Row
Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen's collection can be described as refined minimalism. The highlights were a beige oversized coat and a swoop necked white ruffled dress.
