Founder and designer, Patricia Bonaldi released her fall winter 2022 collection for PatBO at New York's iconic Surrogates Court during New York Fashion Week this season. A star studded audience paid tribute to her years at PatBO, wearing stunning pieces from collections dating back to her first labels created in the early 2000s. Her inspiration came from the artisanal work from her hometown in Brazil and the craftsmanship of tailors and artisans in Uberlandia. The models wore beaded feminine dresses and fringe pieces resembling wearable jewelry. Embellished skirts and wide leg pants were slit down the sides making for a sexy, yet elevated collection. Her signature floral maxi dresses made a debut on the runway with a series of looks in a sunset hue. Body suits with striking cutouts were accessorized with puffer coats and statement leather boots. The collection could be encapsulated as wearable haute couture. Everything from the venue, models, and street style were a spectacle I'll never forget.
